Happy holidays everyone - even if we are stuck trying to decide which 2 family members we want to bubble with for Christmas! It’s been quite a year, hasn’t it? Many ups and downs and most of us have been jolted into survival mode. But, here’s hoping that the Christmas period will bring many of us comfort and happiness knowing we survived the year; we’re healthy and cared for.
I thought I’d put together some information for you guys on our movements around the holiday periods, so you know when we’ll be shutting the doors, opening the doors again, and shipping any orders placed over the Christmas period.
Our last restock before Christmas
We’ll be holding our last restock on Friday 18th December at 10am as per normal.
We will ship orders by the 23rd December, and although we use DPD Next Day Delivery for 99% of our orders, we cannot guarantee that the parcels delivered that week will get to you before Christmas.
Delivery cut off for Christmas
If you’re doing last minute shopping for Christmas and need it in time for Christmas Day, then we’d recommend placing your order before the 15th December.
If you place your order before the 15th December, and you’re based in a DPD-accessible location, then you should receive your parcel by the 18th December.
I’m afraid that any orders placed in the restock on Friday 18th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
Our Christmas closing and opening dates
The Vari team will be taking their Christmas break from 24th December - 28th December, which means that we may not be able to respond to customer queries or emails. Please bare with us during this period.
We will aim to ship any orders placed during our closing break the following week for as little disruption as possible.
January Subscription Box shipments
We always aim to send our subscription boxes out the first week of each month. However, we do allow an extra week for any delays. It’s highly possible that we will need to shop January’s subscription box the second week of January due to holiday closing time delays. Thanks for baring with us 🙏
I hope this information helps you all and we wish you a very merry Christmas 💕
