Packaging
Bags: All our products are safely wrapped up in cellulose bags, cellulose bags are made from NatureFlex™ film that has been accredited compostable to 'BS EN 13432' and 'OK Compost'. NatureFlex™ film is made in the UK from cellulose derived from renewable wood pulp. Our customers can reassured that they are purchasing a product that is 100% plastics free and vegan friendly.

Shipping boxes: Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can be recycled. Kind to the planet and vegan friendly.
Tape: We use gummed paper tape in our shipping process, we love this tape because not only is it eco-friendly but it is incredibly secure, so we know your parcels will get to you safely!
Packing Peanuts: 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable, our packing peanuts are perfect at protecting your products, we've only had one customer report a bath bomb breakage in the last year! (Which of course we replaced) We love these as not only are they environmentally friendly, they are also great fun for the kids as they dissolve in water when you're done with them, who needs slime when you can play with packing peanuts!
Shipping: We ship almost exclusively with DPD, its costly we know but it's incredibly reliable, it gives us a real sense of security to know that your goodies are in safe hands and (fingers crossed) unlikely to be delayed or lost. You can also track your parcel on their website or call them, although if you are experiencing any issues feel free to get in touch with us : )
